It all started in 2015, when three friends shared the same frustration. They wanted to enjoy a good, tasty hamburger, without the frills and gimmicks, but could not find that burger.
And so they set out to make their own. A simple and real beef burger.
They rebuilt the burgers from the beef patty up.
They tried many different cuts of meat, fat ratios, sauces, types of lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions. They even went as far as the USA to find the right buns.
After spending years doing this, in December 2020, they could finally say:
"This is how a burger should taste!"
